What is the service of Madoka?
It is a subscription-based service that delivers high- quality Japanese organic green tea and Matcha from Japan.
What kind of green tea do you have?
We have “Sencha(Traditional Green Tea)”, “Houji-cha(Roasted Green Tea)”, “Genmai-cha(Roasted Rice Green Tea)” and “Matcha”. All of these teas are organic.
Can I specify the origin of the tea?
No, the origin of the tea cannot be specified.
Can I purchase only one box without subscribing?
Yes, you can. Please select “one-time purchase” on the order screen.
Do you ship to Japan?
No, we don’t ship within Japan.
Does the shipping fee cover custom fee and tax?
No, please double-check your country’s customs regulations before subscribing/purchasing. Each country has different regulations regarding the customs fee and tax. If you get charged for any customs fees or taxes, we are not responsible to cover it. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over the import taxes because customs taxes are charged by your local government.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards. All payments are taken through our secure checkout and we never share any of your details with third-parties.
What currency are you using?
Our prices are in US Dollars.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged within 1-3 business days (when we start preparing your box).
If you use a debit card, your payment may be debited at the time of your order. This is beyond our control, so please contact your card company for further details.
I can only buy one box…
Yes, you can order only one box at the time. If you would like 2 or more, please complete the purchase procedure for each one by one. Please note that even if you order multiple boxes, shipping costs will be incurred for each box.

If you wish to skip a next box, please contact us from this form 10 days before the scheduled shipping date.
